Site Engineer: 

As a Site Engineer (Roads & Bridges) at NGBC Infrastructure LLP, you will play a critical role in overseeing the on-site execution of road and bridge infrastructure projects. You will coordinate technical, quality, and safety aspects to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and project timelines. 

Execute on-site construction activities by interpreting design drawings and setting out layouts for road alignments, bridge piers, abutments, and associated earthworks. 

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily construction activities: manage teams, subcontractors, and labour to ensure work quality and productivity. 

• Implement quality assurance & control: ensure materials (concrete, steel, aggregates) conform to approved standards; coordinate testing (e.g., concrete cubes, reinforcement inspection). 

• Maintain site documentation: prepare daily progress reports, as-built drawings, and site diaries. 

• Manage health, safety & environment (HSE): enforce safety procedures, supervise use of PPE, and conduct risk assessments. 

• Coordinate with stakeholders: liaise with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and clients; participate in site progress meetings. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma course in Civil. 

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in civil construction, such as a major bridge with pile foundation, and road construction. 

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management. 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
